Your booking has been confirmed, you are leaving for the Camargue !!
That’s it, your holiday is booked. Soon the beach, the sun, the sea, the Camargue and the relaxation will be yours.
It’s always better to book, and it’s quicker on arrival 😉
Here are some recommendations to get a good start.
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS
– April, May, June, September, October: every day from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
(Closing at 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays)
– July/August: every day from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
(Closing at 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays)
PREPARE YOUR ARRIVAL

You start to dream of your holiday, the smell of monoi and sun, the dips in the sea, the nature within reach of your flip-flops, the flight of pink flamingos, the evenings and their sunsets…. A little patience, soon you will be in Grau du Roi.

TIPS TO SAVE TIME AT THE CHECK-IN
1- Check that you have paid the balance of your stay, and continue dreaming of sun and relaxation.
2- If you have received it: don’t forget to send back the completed booking form to the reception, with the identity of all the participants, dates of birth and your number plate.
D DAY ! YOUR ARRIVAL.
LESS TIME AT CHECK-IN = MORE TIME FOR YOUR HOLIDAY!
06h00 (When it’s time to go on holiday, the alarm clock almost becomes our friend, it’s crazy!)
We leave early to avoid traffic jams on the road and to enjoy the beach even faster.
A few hours later
Youhou! Arrival at the campsite. The trip went well, no traffic jams, no husband, dad, uncle, aunt, children or parents-in-law left on a motorway service area and good weather in prospect. Let the holidays begin!
OUR TIPS TO SAVE TIME AT CHECK IN
1- You can check in in the morning at 8.30 am to avoid the long check-in queue in the middle of the afternoon and enjoy the campsite facilities while waiting for the keys to your lodge at 4.00 pm.
2- You can also arrive later in the week or out of season = less people on the road, no waiting at the reception, the sun will still be shining and you will always be welcomed with an melodic accent.
The campsite reception is open from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm every day/ open until 9pm on Fridays out of season/ until 9pm on public holidays and Saturdays in July and August.
3- The lodges are ready from 4.00pm, but after checked in you can enter in the campsite and enjoy our facilities, aqualudic area, shopping centre, beach access, sanitary facilities, etc or go for a walk to the center of Grau du Roi 😉
4- From 4pm, go to the reception for a quick handover of key.
MEMO FOR A QUICK CHECK IN
1- Stay well paid
2- Mind the deposit (by check, cash or credit card for lodge stays)
3- Check in as soon as you arrive!
Bonus tip: while one of the family members is checking in at the reception, the children, parents or grandparents can go and discover the campsite. It’s much more fun to go and play in the playground or have a drink on the bar terrace than to wait in line!
INFORMATION FOR MINORS
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
Groups of minors must be at least 17 years old and must be accompanied by an adult.
A parental agreement for each minor must be completed and presented at the Check In. Filling it out in advance will save you time!

After a little trip to the beach, it’s time to get the keys!
Take the opportunity to subscribe to the Facebook and Instagram pages of the campsite to check the activities and animations proposed.
END OF AFTERNOON
Keys in hand! Tiddy up your things and prepare a small aperitif! Yes, it”s the beginning of the holidays. You can take advantage of it to fill the inventory form of the lodge.
And if you arrived late the night before, remember to do the check-in and collect your ID from reception.
DAY 1
The weather is nice and warm, perfect to discover the beautiful Espiguette
But just before, go to the sanitary block 10 (before noon) to drop off the inventory form at the housekeeper’s office.
*Pshiiiit pshiiit* a little bite of sunscreen and let’s goooo.
Departure day – 08:00 am: Breakfast with the family. Check that no one has forgotten anything. Tidy up and clean up, check the safe and leave it open (if not, becarefull the deposit)
08:30 – 10:00 am: Leave the lodge keys at the reception in the box (no need to wait in the queue). The inventory of fixtures is done without you, and if all is ok, we destroy your deposit.
12h00 am: Last meal at Fabrice’s, in the restaurant of the campsite (You can enjoy activities and installations of the campsite until the evening to avoid the traffic jams of return. And that, we love it!)
